Speaker Participation Requirements

Who Can Apply

Eligibility to Become a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional

Possess expertise in a relevant academic or professional field

Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent

Demonstrate strong knowledge in your subject area and good presentation skills

Have an interest in sharing research insights, case studies, or professional practices

Prior conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Role and Contribution of Speakers

Speakers selected for Research Plus conferences will:

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during the assigned session

Present research ideas, innovative concepts, or professional experiences

Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Contribute to the academic value and knowledge exchange of the conference

After Selection

Post-Selection Responsibilities

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for review

Provide presentation slides and a speaker profile within the specified timeline

Ensure that the submitted content is original and academically appropriate

4

Follow the conference schedule and presentation guidelines provided by the organizing committee

5

Attend a technical rehearsal if the presentation is conducted virtually
